Lug Type Expandable Shaft is the most commonly used shaft consists of journals to suit users machine, slotted pipe, rubber bladder, lugs and non-return valve. Lug Type Expandable Shaft is suitable for both winding and unwinding stages and can easily accommodate multiple cores & single cores up to 150 mm. Material of Lug Type Expandable Shaft is decided according to the load, speed, core materials and duty conditions. The limitation of Lug Type Expandable Shaft is that it cannot take care of gauge variation or individual core speed variation since slippage is not achieved and core width less than 150 mm.
