Metal Expander Roller or Bow Roller have extensive range of dimensions and is appropriate for equally wide range of web materials and applications. Metal Expander Roller, offered by us, is provided with mounting brackets which can be either foot mounting or wall mounting. The performance of Metal Expander Roller usually depends on certain factors like lead in-lead out distance, wrap angle, position of blow (adjustable), etc. 3:1 lead in & lead out ratio is considered to be the best for Metal Expander Roller. The lead out distance preferably should not exceed more than three times of the diameter of expander roller. Moreover, to achieve best results bow roller should be placed perpendicular to the web direction.
